My life is super busy and I need energy to sustain me through the day. This simple shake made from natural plant-based whole foods is mouth-watering & get this VEGA is nutritionally complete, alkaline balanced and easy to digest.
Since discovering VEGA I have noticed my energy levels have shifted to high gear. Not like wired or like I just drank a ton of coffee but I feel completely nourished; A feeling that is really hard to come by . My fav flavor is chocolate. Mix it with about 12-16 oz. of water or I do half water, half almond milk.
