A QUICK CABBAGE & GREENS!



Large handful organic baby Spinach.

Large handful  organic Arugula.

Half of a small organic Red Cabbage head - grated.

1 cup cooked Quinoa.

1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds.

The magic ratio 3 to 1
Olive oil.
Fresh lemon juice.

Sea salt.
Pepper.
to taste.

Mix it all up. Dress it.  Gently toss. Enjoy.

Easy and super nourishing.
